On Location said mobile game tickets will be transferred to the email address associated with orders during the week of the event and will be accessed through the NFL OnePass mobile app. Hospitality credentials are physical and will be shipped to the billing address provided, with on-site pickup for guests with international billing addresses. Tickets may be transferred through Ticketmaster using the email address associated with the booking; the hospitality portion of a package does not transfer automatically and requires Guest Services assistance. The provider recommends contacting Guest Services before purchase to request accessible seating, as availability is subject to limits.
