Cardinals list running back Jeremiyah Love, safeties among practice no-shows on injury report ahead of Week 6 vs. Rams
The Arizona Cardinals said in their official injury report Thursday, Oct. 15, 2026, that multiple players had practice-designation changes ahead of Week 6 against the Los Angeles Rams. Running back Jeremiyah Love did not practice with an ankle issue, and safeties Andrew Wingard and Wydett Williams Jr. also did not practice, the team said. Coach Mike LaFleur emphasized caution and rest as Love manages the ankle, according to the team’s Wednesday update.
The Cardinals listed Kitan Crawford as a limited participant after opening his 21-day practice window Wednesday. The club has until Saturday to activate Crawford to the main roster if it intends for him to play this weekend. Wide receiver and returner Devin Duvernay was limited in practice with rib soreness. Veterans Budda Baker, Josh Sweat and left guard Isaac Seumalo were full participants after scheduled rest days.
The Los Angeles Rams practiced for the first time this week, the team said. According to the Rams’ injury report, safety Kam Curl was limited with an ankle issue, linebacker Nate Landman was limited with wrist and shoulder concerns, and tight end Davis Allen did not participate. Other Rams players were listed with limited or full designations as well.

Arizona enters the matchup with uncertainty in its secondary and on the perimeters of the offense as several safeties and a key special-teams contributor logged limited or no practice. If Love is held out or limited, other backs may need to shoulder more work, and Duvernay’s limited status could affect return options and special-teams alignments. The opened practice window for Kitan Crawford gives the Cardinals a short-term option if they choose to activate him before Saturday, while Wydett Williams Jr. must progress through concussion protocol to be eligible.
