NFL Sports Blog Take

A.J. Brown's limited session with an ankle issue is the most notable name on New England's report and bears watching as the Patriots prepare for Chicago. Drake Maye taking full practice despite a right-shoulder note is a positive sign for New England's offense. The absence of guard Alijah Vera-Tucker and other nonparticipants on the offensive line could affect depth and lineup decisions. The Bears' missing linebackers T.J. Edwards and Jack Sanborn from practice highlight potential concerns in Chicago's front seven, and coaches on both sides will likely use upcoming practices to clarify availability ahead of the weekend game.
