The New York Giants designated cornerback Paulson Adebo for return from injured reserve and signed offensive lineman Josh Sills to the active roster, the team’s roster transactions page shows. Adebo practiced Wednesday as the Giants prepare for a Week 7 matchup with the Houston Texans. Sills was added to provide depth along the offensive line for upcoming games.

The transaction post did not provide a target activation date for Adebo’s return. Both roster moves appear on the Giants’ official roster transactions page. The page lists multiple other roster changes the team has made during the season.

On Oct. 20 the Giants announced the release of running back Najee Harris and outside linebacker Jihad Ward among a separate series of roster moves. The team also signed linebacker Malik Harrison to the active roster and added outside linebacker Dawuane Smoot to the practice squad, according to the transactions log. The roster page shows the Giants placed defensive lineman Chauncey Golston on injured reserve and elevated two players from the practice squad.

Earlier entries on the roster transactions page show the Giants acquired quarterback J.J. McCarthy from Minnesota in exchange for a 2027 draft pick. The page also records the Giants signing quarterback Jake Haener to the active roster and making multiple practice-squad promotions. The transactions log reflects ongoing roster management through the season.
